Accomplishments
- Setting up facilities, staffing, and permits for vector biology/control in FL, CA, TX, and overseas.
- Emergency and disaster response to Zika in Miami/Dade and Hurricane Harvey in Texas.
- Vector competence of local mosquitoes for the viruses that cause Eastern Equine Encephalitis (EEE), West Nile (WNV), and Chikungunya (CHIK).
